Blend provides structured accounting execution services to professional accounting firms. These terms govern your use of our website at blendaccounts.com and any services provided by Blend. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Blend delivers backend accounting execution only within clearly defined scope agreed upon in writing. Services include bookkeeping, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, month-end close support, payroll processing support, and tax and compliance workpaper preparation.
Blend does not provide advisory services, statutory filing, compliance sign-offs, or direct client-facing services of any kind.
All client engagements are governed by a Non-Disclosure Agreement executed prior to commencement of work. Client data is handled with role-based access controls and is not shared with any third parties. All Blend team members are bound by confidentiality obligations.
All deliverables produced by Blend for a client become the property of that client firm upon full payment for the engagement in which they were produced.
Blend's total liability in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Blend is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
